Ingredients to make Sabudana Kheer with healthy Twist

  • sabudana/Sago -1 cup,soaked for minimum 5 hours
  • coconut Milk ,Thick-1 Cup to 1 and half cup
  • dates deseeded and chopped fine-Half cup or as per taste
  • honey -As per taste
  • Assorted Dry fruits/Milk masala powder
  • kesar strands
  • rose Patels opt

How to make Sabudana Kheer with healthy Twist

  1. Soak Sago/Sabudana least for 5 hours
  2. Spread in colander to remove extra water
  3. Scrape fresh coconut and extract Thick milk
  4. Deseed Dates and chop them in to bite size
  5. Boil soaked sago in 2 cups of water for maximum 10 minutes
  6. Let it cool
  7. Mean while mix dates dry fruits etc in coconut milk
  8. Add this in to cooked sago, give nice stir and just warm it little. Don't boil please remove from the flame
  9. Add kesar and rose petals
  10. Add honey on the top while serving
