Ingredients to make Rawa idli

  • 1 cup rawa ( Sooji)
  • 3/4 cup dahi
  • 1/2 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon eno

How to make Rawa idli

  1. Mix sooji, dahi and salt
  2. Mix well and soak for 1 hour
  3. Now add 2 tbsp water
  4. Add eno mix well and make idli
  5. Steam the idli for 20 minutes on high flame
  6. Serve with sambhar and coconut chutney
My Tip: Add water if the batter is too dry. After adding eno immediately transfer the batter in idli pot
