Ingredients to make Instant rasmalai

  • Rasgulla readymade 8-10
  • Milk 1 liter make rabdi by boiling it
  • Dry fruits chopped
  • sugar 2tbs {we eat too much sugar}

How to make Instant rasmalai

  1. Boil 1 litre milk such that quantity reduce to 1/4 and make rabri from it.
  2. It will take about 1/2 hour to get thickened up.
  3. Take out all the syrup from rasgulla and make them flat by pressing from palm {drain rasgulla}
  4. Drain rasgulla completely .
  5. Add drained rasgulla in cooked rabri and cook for 5 minutes.instant rasmalai is ready.
  6. Chill it ready to be served.

My Tip:

Garnish with pista and refrigerate it before serving
