Ingredients to make Fruit Custard :apple::grapes::banana:

  • Milk -1/2 litre
  • Custard powder - 2-3 tbsp
  • sugar as per taste
  • Fresh fruits - Apple, banana, mango, grapes, pomegranate.

How to make Fruit Custard :apple::grapes::banana:

  1. In a pan heat milk.
  2. Meanwhile prepare custard in cold milk no lumps there stir it well.
  3. Pour custard mixture in boiling milk and keep on stirring on high flame .
  4. After milk comes to boil simmer the flame but keep on stirring constantly otherwise custard mixture stick the pan
  5. Keep stirring on low flame until milk gets thickened
  6. Add sugar again and stir it well.
  7. Give a good boil with continuous stirring the mixture.
  8. When custard mixture starts to thicken switch off the flame.
  9. Let it cool down completely then add chopped banana, apple, grapes, mango, pomegranate.
  10. Chill it in fridge for two hours
  11. Serve Chilled, Enjoy

My Tip:

Stir continuously otherwise it stick to the bottom of the pan
