Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 4 ripe bananas
  2. 140 grams rice flour
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1/2 cinnamon powder
  5. 2 tablespoon sugar
  6. 3 cups oil

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl
  2. To this add 2 tablespoon sugar, rice flour, egg and cinnamon powder, mix well
  3. In a deep frying pan, heat the oil
  4. Add dollops of the mixture to the pan. 5 at a time, don't over crowd the pan
  5. Fry until brown and crispy
  6. You can serve them with sprinkles of caster sugar on them
