Ingredients to make Maggi cups with lemon leaves dip

  • Chiken breast pieces 2cup
  • 1tsp garlic paste
  • 1tsp ginger paste
  • 1cup of maggie boiled
  • 1cup of onion chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Suger to taste
  • 2cup all purpose flour
  • baking soda 1/2tsp
  • Chopped lime leaves
  • Cherry tomato 2 pieces
  • 2tsp lime juice
  • Red chili 1 piece

How to make Maggi cups with lemon leaves dip

  1. First of all take flour add salt and 1/2tsp baking soda pinch of sugar with some water and make a dough and cover with lid.
  2. Then take all the chicken pieces into the grinder then blend it and make a smooth paste
  3. Now heat pan in medium flame add 2 tsp oil for frying, add chopped onion, sliced garlic, sliced ginger and all chicken. Add paste in it now and some salt to taste after 5 mins.
  4. Now add boiled maggi and maggi masala, cook it for 2 mins don't mash it. Now switch off the gas and keep this in another plate.
  5. Now take your flour dough and cut into small pieces and make small cups, take a spoon of chicken masala and fill inside these flour cups
  6. All flour cups are ready to stream. Now steam them for 20 mins you can also bake it
  7. For dip: Let some chopped lemon leaves, cherry tomatoes and red chili boil into vinegar and water. After 5-6 mins take it off and blend it in the grinder, make a paste and now heat the paste and add some sugar and salt to taste. Add 2 tsp lime juice pour the dip in the cups
  8. Now enjoy maggi cups with lemony leaves dip

My Tip:

You can make this with soya chunks if you are a vegetarian. You can bake this also with the same process
