- 500 gms - maida
- 400 gms - finely grated Britannia cheese
- 250 gms - finely grated Amul gouda cheese
- approx 400 gms - butter
- 3 tbsp - fine mustard powder (I use Coleman)
- 1 & a 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
How to make Cheese Biscuits
My Tip:No milk, cream or water to be used in this recipe - only butter. I don't add salt because there is enough in the cheese and butter. Get the kids interested by cutting shapes - they'll love it.
