Papad Tacos

Ingredients to make Papad Tacos

  • Small mini round shape urad papad 15/20
  • oil for deep fry
  • Water half glass
  • For filling and sauce mix
  • Chopped onions 1
  • Chopped tomatoes 1
  • Chopped cucumber 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Green chilli chopped 2 or 3
  • Sweet corns 2 tbs (boiled)
  • Sweet chilli sauce 2 tbs
  • Green and red chilli sauce 1+1 tbs
  • Sprout moong 4 tbs
  • Paprika and oragano 1+1tsp
  • chaat Masala as your taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves 2 tbs
  • Cheese 50 grm

How to make Papad Tacos

  1. Keep ready papads and water in plate.
  2. Now take one by one papad and deep into the water .
  3. And spread on clean surface for little dry.
  4. Now take papad and twist in semi circle then stick the both edges by pressing and holding your finger and thumb.
  5. Now make all papad like this way.
  6. You can make it in two batches.
  7. Now take kadai add oil and keep on flame for simmer.
  8. Now add one papad carefully shown in video.
  9. Don't leave in oil keep utensil between it till it fry.
  10. Now take out carefully. Make all tacos same way and keep ready.
  11. Now your papad tacos are ready to serve.
  12. Mix all chopped ingredients in bowl for filling.
  13. Add all masala and sauces in a bowl and mix it.
  14. Now add this sauces in chopped veggie mixture.
  15. In last add some ketchup in mixture
  16. Now take papad tacos and fill stuffing.
  17. Fiill only when you serve it and sprinkle some cheese on top.
  18. Perfect for your party as a crispy and tasstarter.

Nice one dear. Can i suggest you something, while frying keep twisted Papads in metal sieve and fry. Easy frying and no worries of maintaining the shape. After frying you can inver it on absorbant paper to drain out oil.
