Ingredients to make Eggplant Paprika Fritters

  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • 1-2 long fleshy eggplant /brinjals
  • 1tblspn paprika
  • 1 tspn red chilli powder
  • 1-2tspn garlic paste or powder
  • 1tspn cummin powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tblspn white vinegar
  • 1 tblspn cheese spread
  • 1tspn Mayonnaise
  • oil to fry

How to make Eggplant Paprika Fritters

  1. Cut out coins of Eggplant
  2. Fry in little oil
  3. Spread mix paste of all seasoning and vinegar
  4. Apply on these semi fried eggplant pieces
  5. Shallow fry but not in less oil
  6. Dip in Egg wash and fry
  7. Put a drop of cheese spread and Mayo mix

My Tip:

Keep all egg plant coins slightly fried cool and spread the mix one one close with the other and dip in egg wash.
