Paneer Pasanda

Ingredients to make Paneer Pasanda

  • paneer - 100gm
  • Fresh malai - 2 tbsp
  • onion. - 2 large
  • tomatoes -2-3 Large
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • green chilly. 1
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric a pinch
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala (optional)

How to make Paneer Pasanda

  1. Ingredients
  2. In a pan add oil saute onion julienne till golden brown simmer the flame.
  3. Roast onion
  4. Add tomatoes
  5. Add a salt, red chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric, black pepper cover it with lid till tomatoes get tender
  6. Add fresh malai stir and mix in the prepared masala on low flame it gets bubbling
  7. Add chopped paneer stir it well add garam masala as per taste
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves serve hot with chapati

My Tip:

Don't reheat paneer pasanda again and again otherwise malai leaves the oil

Anu Ji sorry but I informed you this is not a paneer pasanda recipe plz don't share wrong recipe .paneer pasanda is stuffing paneer with dry nuts mawa .and rich yellow gravy(don't mind it we are frnds)
