Ingredients to make RED GRAVY (Stored in fridge for 15 days)

  • Dry Red Chillie 4 (whole)
  • onion chopped 1 large
  • garlic 10 cloves
  • ginger chopped 2tbsp or 2cm
  • oil 4tbsp
  • Chopped Dry coconut 3tbsp
  • peanut only 6 to 7 piece
  • sesame seeds 2tbsp
  • Dry Corianger seeds 3tbsp
  • cinnamon chopped 3tbsp
  • black cardamom 2
  • cloves 5
  • Black pepper 1 Tbsp
  • Cassia / tej patta 2
  • cumin 1tbsp
  • mustard seeds 1tbsp

How to make RED GRAVY (Stored in fridge for 15 days)

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. All spices put in pan on a low flame
  3. Stir it countinuously for 15 to 17 minutes untill all ingredients get dark brown
  4. Now turn off the flame and get it to cool down
  5. Now grind all the spices in a mixer grinder Untill formed smooth paste
  6. Now put the paste in air tight container
  7. Put in refrigerator
  8. When you want to make gravy for any vegetable you can use it
  9. Just to heat some oil put the gravy how much you want stir it add 2 grind Tomato and some water
  10. Add vegetables which u like egg plant or potatoes
  11. Cook it well
  12. Garnish with green coriander
