Ingredients to make Gavar, Guwa or Guvar Phali ki Sabji / Clustered Beans Fry

  • 3 cups of gawar phali
  • 1 big potatoes cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 pod garlic
  • ½ tspn turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

How to make Gavar, Guwa or Guvar Phali ki Sabji / Clustered Beans Fry

  1. Boil gawar phali and potato in hot boiling water for 7 to 8 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, green chilies and crushed garlic
  3. Add par boiled clustered beans and potato fry.
  4. Add salt.,turmeric powder and red chili powder.
  5. Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with Roti and Daal.
