Ingredients to make Quinoa Fried rice

  • Quinoa - 1 Cup
  • Carrot - 1
  • Capsicum - 1 cup ( I used green red and yellow)
  • Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
  • Peas - 1/4 cup
  • Green onions - 1 bunch
  • Garlic chopped - 1 Tbspoon
  • Soya sauce - 1 Tbspoon
  • White vinegar - 1/4 Tspoon
  • Oil - 1 Tbspoon
  • Pepper - To Taste
  • Salt - To Taste

How to make Quinoa Fried rice

  1. Take 1 Cup quinoa and add in 3 cups of boiling water for 15 mins until the quinoa is cooked and fluffy.
  2. Let the quinoa cool completely
  3. Cut carrots and capsicum into thin slices. Boil peas and sweetcorn.
  4. In a pan or wok add olive oil, garlic, green onions , and all veggies.
  5. Saute them in high flame for 5 mins, until veggies ate cooker enough, add salt and pepper.
  6. Add quinoa, soya sauce, white vinegar and saute well until the veggies and quinoa gets mixed well.
  7. switch off the stove add spring onions n serve.
