Vegan Strawberry icecream

Ingredients to make Vegan Strawberry icecream

  • Fresh cream 200 ml
  • Condensed milk 100 ml
  • Fresh strawberries 10-12 nos
  • Vanilla Essence

How to make Vegan Strawberry icecream

  1. Fine Chop the strawberries to small pieces.
  2. Microwave half of the strawberries for 2 minutes stirring it every minute till a sticky syrup of strawberry is ready with small bites of strawberries in it. Keep it aside to cool.
  3. Whip the fresh cream till soft peaks are formed.
  4. Add condensed milk, remaining chopped strawberries, strawberry syrup that you have made (Ensure it is not hot ) and 2 drops of vanilla essence to the cream.
  5. Mix all the ingredients properly with a spoon or spatula.
  6. Pour into a bowl or tray and put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
  7. Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.

My Tip:

Use amul fresh cream. You may use strawberry essence instead of vanilla for a more authentic taste
