Ingredients to make Begun Bhaja | Baingun Bhaja | Eggplant Fritters

  • 1 medium size brinjal cut into ½ inch long slices
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4th tsp salt
  • 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  • 1 sp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp

How to make Begun Bhaja | Baingun Bhaja | Eggplant Fritters

  1. Mix Eggplant with salt and spices with 1 tbsp oil.
  2. Heat a pan and add 1/2 tbsp oil
  3. Arrange the slices on the pan.Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on one side.
  4. Flip upside down and cook the other side by spreading the remaining oil. So easy to prepare.
