Mexican chilli chocolate icecream

Ingredients to make Mexican chilli chocolate icecream

  • 2 packs of cream ( l used amul)
  • Sugar 3 cup
  • Dark chocolate 50 gm
  • Dry chilli (whole seedless) 2
  • Coco powder 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1tsp
  • Milk 1+3/4 cup
  • Cornflour 4tsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp to dissolve cornflour

How to make Mexican chilli chocolate icecream

  1. Take all the required ingredients at the kitchen counter
  2. Heat one pack of cream along with chocolate and chillis till chocolate dissolves keep it aside to cool
  3. Strain the mixture to remove chilli
  4. In another pan take milk,sugar,cocoa, cream,vanilla and cook for about 10 minutes after a boil on medium low flame
  5. Add cornflour mix and stir cook till it thickens and coat the back of the spoon
  6. Remove from heat and add chocolate mix. Transfer in a bowl and keep it aside to cool down completely
  7. Now keep it in the freezer for about 3 hours or till set
  8. Take out from freezer and churn in a food processor for few seconds
  9. Again keep in the freezer to set overnight
  10. Serve with chocolate chunk or as it is.
