Nice...
Store cream in a box every day and put it in refrigerator
After 10 days you can make Ghee
Take out from refrigerator and sit it for 30 minutes
Now take all the cream in a mixer jar put 1 cup lukewarm water
Now grind it for 3 minutes and check it again grind for 2 minutes check it
Now ...drain all the butter milk
And make small rounds
Heat the pan put all rounds in the pan
In a low flame cook it for 20 minutes and stir it in every 3 minutes
You can see light brown color
Now switch off flame...filter by a metal filter and remove wastage now you get the liquid after it cools down you can use it as u want IT'S HOME MADE GHEE
