Ingredients to make Raw Banana Green Peas Cutlet Sandwich

  • Raw banana 3 medium size
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1/4th cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander or parsley chopped
  • Chat powder 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  • Toasted Bread Slices
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Tomato Ketchup or any other Sauce combination of your choice

How to make Raw Banana Green Peas Cutlet Sandwich

  1. Boil Raw Banana in pressure water with enough water so it gets immersed completely. Cook for two whitsles. Allow pressure to come out.
  2. Remove the skin of banana and mash it with a fork.
  3. Next gring green peas to a rough or coarse paste in blender.
  4. Now take a mixing bowl. Add mashed banana, green peas, grated cheese, slat to taste, red chili powder, chaat powder and chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Mash all the ingredients with fork or your fingers.
  6. Make round patty shapes out of it big enough to just sit on your bread slices.
  7. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Cook the cutlets both the sides till they are nice brown and crispy.
  8. Toast bread slices. I took the multigrain ones.
  9. Place some lettuce leaves, tomato slices, sauce of your choice.
  10. Place the hot cutlets right at the center , cover with another bread slice.
  11. Wrap and pack in your lunch box. You can even have it for your tea time snack.

Use small raw bananas
