  • 500 ml milk
  • 10-12 khajur
  • Dry fruits as needed

How to make Khajur Rabdi

  1. Bring milk to boil. Simmer the gas.
  2. Add chopped khajur n boil on low flame for 10-15 mins or till it thickens or changes the colour.
  3. Add dry fruits.
  4. Your Rabdi is ready. Serve hot or cold. Sprinkle pista flakes at serving time.
My Tip: You can grind the khajur if needed.
