Ingredients to make Maggi rolls

  • Maggi 2 packet
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup chopped
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup chopped
  • Green Onion 1/2 cup chopped
  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 4tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For dough
  • Refined wheat flour 1cup
  • Butter 4tbsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • For spread
  • Fresh green Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Green chillie 8-9
  • Roasted Black chickpeas 5tbsp
  • Lemon 1/2slice
  • Cumin seeds 2tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to make Maggi rolls

  1. First make a soft tight dough take flour add butter and salt knead a dough
  2. Now make filling boil water add maggi cook for 1 minute in a low flame..drain water mix oil in maggi keep it aside Heat oil in pan add ginger garlic paste then onion ,Capsicum, cabbage cook in a low flame for 10 minutes add salt sweet corn cook for 5 minutes now add maggi mix all and add tomato sauce, soy sauce and Maggi masala
  3. Now keep it aside and make spread in a mixer jar take coriander leaves, green chillie, roasted Black chickpeas, cumin seeds, salt, 2tbsp water and squeeze lemon on it now grind it untill a smooth paste
  4. Now make sheet for filling, make small pieces of dough and make square shape thin sheet
  5. Now cook it for 30 seconds from both the side
  6. Now spread green chutney on it now fill it with vegetables and Maggi filling and give it a round shape now take 1tbsp oil on a pan cook the roll from both sides
  7. Now it's ready to eat
