Chinese Sizzler

Ingredients to make Chinese Sizzler

  • 100 gm cabbage
  • 2 no. Carrot
  • 1 small beet
  • 2 no onion
  • 2 ts ginger garlic chilly paste
  • 100 gm Maida
  • 1ts soya sauce
  • 1 ts chilly sauce
  • 1 ts tomato sauce
  • 50 gm boiled corn
  • 2 Cup boiled rice
  • 1ts minced Garlic
  • 1tbs corn slary
  • 1 cup boiled vegetables(cauliflower,peas,corn)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying and tempering
  • 1tbs butter

How to make Chinese Sizzler

  1. Grate the vegetables
  2. Add salt, Sauces and maida
  3. Make balls
  4. Fry it
  5. Take a side.
  6. Take a pan add oil
  7. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, saute it.
  8. Add salt, sauces and water
  9. Add corn flour slury
  10. Cook 5 minutes.
  11. Add fried balls
  12. Manchurian is ready
  13. Rice
  14. Take a pan heat butter.
  15. Add garlic minced and boiled corn.
  16. Add cooked rice. Mix it.
  17. Rice is ready.
  18. Now veggies
  19. Take pan added oil
  20. Heat oil than add all vegetables, salt and pepper
  21. Mix it
  22. Vegetables are ready.
  23. Now assemble it on sizzler plate.
  24. Your Sizzler is ready to serve
