As the name indicates, it is the moistest and quickest mug cake ever in a microwave. Done in a jiffy, it satisfies the cravings of those who are sweet toothed. It can be whipped up just about any time of the day or even midnight for those sudden hunger pangs that are literally uncontrollable. Made with only a few ingredients in your pantry, you can be rest assured about the quality mug cake you are going to devour. With the video demonstration it becomes easy for everyone to get that perfect gooey and softest mug cake. And an interesting addition is that of galaxy chocolate bar instead of chocolate chips.

All purpose flour 5 tbsp (not heaped, just levelled)
Sugar 2 1/2 tbsp
Cocoa powder 1 1/2 tbsp
oil 2 tbsp
Milk 7-8 tbsp
Baking soda a pinch
Galaxy chocolate bar 2 pieces

Instructions

Start by adding the flour to a wide mouthed mug so that it is easier to mix.
The flour taken should be just levelled tablespoon and not heaped. After that add the cocoa powder.
Next is add the sugar.
Also add a pinch of baking soda and combine well.
Now add the oil and the milk and mix slowly to get a lump free batter.
Use of milk depends on the quality of the flour. So do not panic. Add an extra tablespoon or more if required
Transfer this batter to a wide mouthed microwave safe mug for microwaving.
Now comes the interesting part of the addition of two pieces of the galaxy bar. You can take any of your favourite one.
Set the timer to 1 minute and presto!!!!! All is done in just a matter of minute.
