Chicken Lollipop

Ingredients to make Chicken Lollipop

  • Chicken Mince - 250 gms.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1/2 tablespoon - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tablespoon - Dhaniya powder
  • Chopped Onions - 2
  • 2 tablespoons - oil

How to make Chicken Lollipop

  1. First, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Do it nicely with hands so that everything is nicely mixed together.
  2. Now make lollipop like shapes of this mince mix. Do ensure they are not very thick. Also, just put some cold water on your hands to prevent it from sticking to your hands.
  3. Insert the wooden skewers in the kebabs like a lollipop stick.
  4. Heat the non-stick tawa, no need to add oil as you already have oil in the mince mix.
  5. On medium heat, cook the lollipops on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
  6. That's it, your super cool innovative Chicken Lollipops are ready to be served.
My Tip: Soak the wooden skewers in water for 10-15 minutes beforehand. If you have not soaked them they will burn when you cook your lollipops. You can use ice-cream sticks too!
