Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. mango 1 ripe
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Curd 1/4 cup
  4. Sugar 1 tbsp
  5. cardamom powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. take a ripe mango and cut big pieces add little milk to it.
  2. now grind in mixture
  3. add curd to it and sugar and again grind it in a mixture
  4. add more milk cardamom powder and grind again.
  5. add ice cubes and enjoy smoothie.
