Sugarfree chocolate fudge

Ingredients to make Sugarfree chocolate fudge

  • Skimmed milk powder - 1 cup
  • butter - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped raisins - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped almonds - 1/2 cup
  • Sugarfree Natura - 2 tsp
  • Cocoa powder - 4 Tbsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 tbsp

How to make Sugarfree chocolate fudge

  1. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except butter and milk. Mix well.
  2. Take a kadai. Add butter and let it melt. Add the contents in the mixing bowl and mix well keeping the flame low.
  3. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Add milk for bonding and switch off the flame.
  5. Take a greased tray and spread the mixture. Let it cool.
  6. Once cooled keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Cut into desired shapes and serve.

My Tip:

Adjust the sugarfree quantity as per your taste. The flame should be always set to low in this whole recipe.
