Ingredients to make Maggi fruit cream

  • I boiled maggi
  • I pkt maggi masla
  • Seasonal fruits half bowl
  • Iceing cream 3 spn
  • Mint leaves 6 to 7 chopped
  • Lemon juice of half lemon
  • Choco chip and silver balls for garnish

How to make Maggi fruit cream

  1. Boil the Maggi for 5 mints
  2. After the Maggi cooks. strain the water and wash it with cool or tap water
  3. Take half cup of seasonal fruits (chopped) and iceing cream 3spn
  4. Now take a bowl, put all the fruits and 1pkt Maggi masala in it
  5. Mix the masala and 3spn of cream together
  6. Now add boiled Maggi and mix it very gently.
  7. Chop some fresh mint leaves
  8. Add it to the bowl and mix, squeeze half a lemon and mix well
  9. Now serve
  10. Sprinkle choco chips and silver ball
  11. Add mint leaves and serve cold
  12. Serve cool
My Tip: Before you serve keep it in fridge for at least 15 mins
