Ingredients to make Maggi noodles Chat

  • Maggi noodles 1 packet
  • Papdi(Baked/Fried) 4
  • Bolied potato 1/4 cup
  • Onion (finely chopped) 1/4 cup
  • Tomato (Finely chopped) 1/4 cup
  • Sweet chutney 2 tbls
  • Green chutney 2tbls
  • Garlic chutney 1 tbls
  • chat masala 1 tsp
  • jeera powder 1 tsp
  • Maggi masala 1 sachet
  • curd 1/4 cup
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • salt a pinch
  • Water to boil the noodles
  • coriander leaves to garnish
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

How to make Maggi noodles Chat

  1. First boil the noodle till it becomes soft. Drian and wash once in cold water. Mix 3/4 th of the maggiemasala with the boiled maggi.
  2. Spread the masala coated maggi in a greased oven tray and bake in 200 degree Centigrade for around 15 to 20 minutes. Or simply deep fry the maggi noodles in hot oil and drain in a tissue paper and keep aside.
  3. in bowl take thic curd and mix the sugar and salt and beat well till it becomes creamy .
  4. In a serving plate first spread the crispy noodles first. Than break the papdis and spread on the top.
  5. Put some boiled potato pieces, onion and tomatoes on the top. pour the prepared sweet curd and then the chutneys one by one.
  6. Sprinkle some chat masala, jeera powder and the remaining maggi masala.
  7. Finally pour the lemon juice on the top and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.

My Tip:

For sweet chutney grind tamarind, unseeded dates with red chilli powder and salt. Let it boil till it reach desired consistency. Add chat masala and jeera powder at the end and store in a air tight bottle. For green chutney grind coriander leaves, ginger , green chillies ,jeera and salt in to smooth paste by adding water. finally mix lemon juice and store in a sir tight bottle. For garlic chutney grind garlic, rec chillies and jeera and mix lemon juice at the end and store in air tight bottle.
