Coconut Biscuits in cooker

Ingredients to make Coconut Biscuits in cooker

  • Refined wheat flour (maida) 2cup
  • Grinded sugar 1cup
  • Butter 1cup
  • Grated coconut 1cup
  • Cinnamon 2tbsp
  • Baking soda 2tbsp
  • Almond 10 chopped

How to make Coconut Biscuits in cooker

  1. Mix sugar and butter in a bowl by hand mixer
  2. In another bowl take flour mix grated coconut then baking soda and cinnamon
  3. Now mix both the mixer and knead a dough
  4. Make small biscuits and spread almond over it...grease a plate put biscuits on it Leave some space in between
  5. Take cooker spread 1cup salt in cooker and put the stand and put the plate of biscuits...cover the lid and remember to remove WHISTLE and GASKET...
  6. Cook for only 10 minutes in low flame then off the flame leave for another 2 minutes
  7. Now it is ready take it out and enjoy with tea.

My Tip:

Remember to remove WHISTLE and GASKET RING from cooker lid before use

Recipe says to put 2 Tbsp Soda, it tastes awful bcoz of this much soda!
