Ingredients to make Jhatpat Dahi Bhalla (With Wheat Bread)

  • 1 loaf - Whole wheat bread -
  • 250 gms - curd
  • 1 - pomegranate
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 - potato boiled (optional)
  • raisins
  • salt
  • oil

How to make Jhatpat Dahi Bhalla (With Wheat Bread)

  1. Take 5-6 pieces of bread, dip each slice in a bowl of water, squeeze out the excess waster and roll it .
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan/ air fryer, fry all the bread slices and drain them on paper towels.
  3. Beat the curd, pomegranate and boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add the bread rolls, curd- potato mixture.
  4. Now add salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder and red chilli powder.
  5. For garnishing: Use raisins and tamarind pulp.
