Ingredients to make Maggi Veggie Momos

  • For momos:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Water as required to knead dough
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour for dusting
  • For stuffing:
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1½ cup water
  • 1 packet jain maggi masala
  • 1 packet maggi noodles
  • ½ tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

How to make Maggi Veggie Momos

  2. firstly, in a large mixing bowl, take 1 cup of maida, salt and oil. mix well. Further add water little by little and knead dough.
  3. Cover it and rest for 20 mins.
  4. maggi momos stuffing recipe:
  5. firstly, in a large kadai heat oil. saute capsicum for a minute and add carrot and saute for 5 mins.
  6. Now add cabbage, and mix it well.
  7. Add salt, jain Maggi masala soya sauce, pepper, Tomato sauce and vinegar and mix it well.
  8. Add water and Maggi noodles and cook it for 3-4 mins.
  9. Now remove it from heat and let it be cooled down at room temperature. And keep aside.

  11. After 20 mins pinch a small ball and flatten also dust with some maida and start to roll using rolling pin.
  12. Now place the prepared stuffing in center fold into half forming a semi circle. Press the edges gently.
  13. Further, bring together the tip of folded semi circles and and join them.
  14. Furthermore, steam momos for 12 minutes.
  15. Finally, serve momos hot with momos sauce.
