Chilli Paneer (Semi Dry)

Ingredients to make Chilli Paneer (Semi Dry)

  • 250 to 300gm paneer (cube Chopped)
  • 1 medium onion (cube chopped)
  • 1 medium green capsicum (cube chopped)
  • 4 to 6 green chilli (1 inches chopped)
  • 4 pcs garlic (small chopped)
  • 2 spoon ginger garlic chilli paste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 Spoon soya sauce
  • 2 spoon chilli sauce
  • 4 spoon tomotes sauce
  • 1 Spoon vinegar
  • Half spoon black pepper
  • sugar half spoon
  • 1/ 4 Chinese salt
  • 3 spoon cornflour

How to make Chilli Paneer (Semi Dry)

  1. For marination Take a container put paneer in it add salt, 1 Spoon ginger garlic chilli paste, 2 spoon corn flour, 1 spoon soya sauce.
  2. After 30 mins of marination.
  3. Take a kadai put good quality of oil and fry all the paneer till it's colour changes to golden red. Take out in a plate.
  4. Take a container add 1 Spoon soya sauce, 2 spoon chilli sauce,4 spoon tomotes sauce add vinegar add Sugar,add black pepper, and lastly Chinese salt.
  5. Take a kadai put some oil after heating add chopped garlic after few min add chilli after 1 to 2 mins Add onions and capsicum saute it well add salt according to taste.
  6. Take out this. Again add oil let it heat after heating put ginger garlic chilli paste saute it well. Now add the sauce which we have made in above step.
  7. Now add 1 spoon cornflour in liquid form. After few second Add paneer and add capsicum and onions material which we have made in above step.
  8. Saute it for few second.
  9. Now it's ready to serve.

My Tip:

For more taste you can add butter.
