ABOUT Chilli Paneer (Semi Dry) RECIPE

Chilli Paneer is an extremely popular dish. Its basically an indo Chinese fusion cuisine. This can be served as a starter or a side dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 to 300gm paneer (cube Chopped)
  2. 1 medium onion (cube chopped)
  3. 1 medium green capsicum (cube chopped)
  4. 4 to 6 green chilli (1 inches chopped)
  5. 4 pcs garlic (small chopped)
  6. 2 spoon ginger garlic chilli paste
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 Spoon soya sauce
  9. 2 spoon chilli sauce
  10. 4 spoon tomotes sauce
  11. 1 Spoon vinegar
  12. Half spoon black pepper
  13. Sugar half spoon
  14. 1/ 4 Chinese salt
  15. 3 spoon cornflour

Instructions

  1. For marination Take a container put paneer in it add salt, 1 Spoon ginger garlic chilli paste, 2 spoon corn flour, 1 spoon soya sauce.
  2. After 30 mins of marination.
  3. Take a kadai put good quality of oil and fry all the paneer till it's colour changes to golden red. Take out in a plate.
  4. Take a container add 1 Spoon soya sauce, 2 spoon chilli sauce,4 spoon tomotes sauce add vinegar add Sugar,add black pepper, and lastly Chinese salt.
  5. Take a kadai put some oil after heating add chopped garlic after few min add chilli after 1 to 2 mins Add onions and capsicum saute it well add salt according to taste.
  6. Take out this. Again add oil let it heat after heating put ginger garlic chilli paste saute it well. Now add the sauce which we have made in above step.
  7. Now add 1 spoon cornflour in liquid form. After few second Add paneer and add capsicum and onions material which we have made in above step.
  8. Saute it for few second.
  9. Now it's ready to serve.
