Biscuit pudding

Ingredients to make Biscuit pudding

  • Glucose or Marie biscuits 2 packet
  • cream 250 grams
  • banana 1
  • apple 1
  • Orange one
  • milk half cup
  • Coffee one teaspoon
  • sugar one tablespoon
  • Caster sugar 3 tablespoon
  • For chocolate sauce
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tablespoon
  • Coco half teaspoon
  • Chocolate 1 teaspoon

How to make Biscuit pudding

  1. Peel and cut the fruits
  2. Beat cream a little and makes caster sugar in it
  3. Mix all the fruits in it and keep aside
  4. Dissolve sugar and coffee in milk
  5. The biscuits and milk mixture one by one and arrange them in a dish
  6. Spread fruit cream over it
  7. Again put a put a layer of biscuits as before and then a layer of fruit cream
  8. Make chocolate sauce. Pour it over this.
  9. Cool till set. Garnished with sections of fruits or cream
  10. Serve chilled
  11. For chocolate sauce take milk in pan mix all the ingredients of sauce.
  12. Keep boiling until its thicker. It must not be too much thicker or liquid

My Tip:

You can use readymade chocolate sauce. Dessert must be chilled it enhances the taste
