Ingredients to make Bangda Fry

  • 2 pieces Fleshy Bangda fish
  • 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspn red chilli powder
  • 1 tspn cummin corriander powder
  • 1 tspn paprika powder
  • 1 tblspn white vinegar
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • oil enough to shallow fry (about 1 cup)

How to make Bangda Fry

  1. Clean Fish well and make slits on the body
  2. Mix seasoning with white vinegar making a paste and apply
  3. Now heat oil well in a pan and start frying
  4. Put one fish at a time
  5. Fry both sides turning slowly
  6. Fry weĺl for 5 minutes
  7. Put second fish when one is semi done
  8. Turn both sides lightly press for oil cook masala well
  9. Serve hot with dal rice and enjoy

My Tip:

Heat oil well after turning both sides press little each time to cook masala well
