Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken - 5-6 pieces boneless cut into thin strips
  2. Maggi - 1 packet (70 gm)
  3. Green chilly - 1 chopped or as per your taste
  4. Onion - 1 small chopped
  5. Tomato - 1 chopped
  6. Garlic - 2 Cloves chopped
  7. Carrot - 1 small chopped
  8. Green lettuce - 1 large leaf chopped
  9. Coriander leaves - few chopped
  10. Spring onion - 1 chopped
  11. Eggs - 2
  12. Peppercorns - ½ tsp cracked
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Water - 2 cups or little more

Instructions

  1. In a pan add water, salt to taste and the chicken strips and cook for about 10 mins.
  2. Add chopped green chillies, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, garlic, chopped carrots, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green lettuce and cook for a min.
  3. Add the Maggi along with the masala and cook for another 2 mins. Adjust the water consistency and add Salt if required at this stage.
  4. Gently break the eggs one at a time on top of it and cook for 2-3 mins in medium heat. Do not stir it.
  5. Sprinkle some crushed pepper and take off the heat.
