Maggi Sweet Balls

Ingredients to make Maggi Sweet Balls

  • maggi noodle 80 g
  • Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • cardamom powder a pinch.
  • maida 1/2 cup + 1tsp
  • sugar 1tsp
  • water enough to make batter.
  • Oil to deep fry

How to make Maggi Sweet Balls

  1. Heat some water & put maggi noodle in it. Remove from fire. Close with a lid. Keep for 1 min. It should not over cook.
  2. strain the noodles & cut them into tiny pieces.
  3. Mix grated coconut, sugar, 1tsp maida & noodles together.
  4. Take a plastic sheet or aluminium foil. spread the noodle mixture on it
  5. Fold from 4 sides & keep in freezer for 1 hrs or till set.
  6. take the mixture out & make small balls.& again freeze for 1 more hr.
  7. Make a thick batter with maida, 1tbsp of sugar & a pinch of salt by adding enough water.
  8. Heat oil in a pan.
  9. take out the noodle balls.
  10. Dip in the maida batter & deep fry in oil. Fry both sides.
  11. Serve hot
My Tip: You can adjust the quantity of sugar in the balls & in the batter, according to your taste.
