Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Filling for tomatoes: Tomatoes 6
  2. Paneer 250gms grated
  3. Kaju 8 crushed
  4. Kishmish 12 chopped
  5. Green chilli 3 chopped
  6. Coriander chopped 2tbsp
  7. Chaat masala 1tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Garam masala 1/2tsp
  10. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  11. gravy
  12. Onions 2 big
  13. tomatoes 2
  14. Haldi 1/2 tsp
  15. Dhania powder 1tsp
  16. Chilli powder 1/2tsp
  17. Salt 1tsp
  18. Garam masala 1/2tsp
  19. Dahi 1/2 cup
  20. Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  21. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  22. Oil 3tbsp
  23. Paneer 100gms grated

Instructions

  1. Cut tomatoes into half
  2. Scoop out the centre in the mixi
  3. Mix the filling
  4. For gravy: Grind onions and tomatoes
  5. Heat oil and add the paste
  6. Add masalas
  7. Add curd
  8. Add tomato sauce and cook till oil seperate
  9. Add water around a cup and adjust gravy
  10. When it starts boiling add tomatoes
  11. Cook on slow heat till tomatoes are little soft
  12. Add grated paneer and coriander on top of tomatoes
  13. On a baking dish arrange gravy on the Base and then place tomatoes
  14. You can make a day ahead and bake on the day of get together
