12 minute easy Peanut Chutney

Ingredients to make 12 minute easy Peanut Chutney

  • Peanuts 1cup
  • Green Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Green chillie 5
  • garlic 8 cloves
  • Ginger 1cm piece
  • Cumin seeds 1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For tempering: Oil 2tbsp
  • Curry leaves 7-8 leaves
  • Red chillie 2
  • Cumin seeds 1tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to make 12 minute easy Peanut Chutney

  1. Heat the pan, roast the peanuts until it gets brown on a low flame it take 5 minutes
  2. Now take a mixer jar put all the roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, green chillie, cumin seeds, garlic, ginger and salt
  3. Grind it for 2 minutes now add 4 to 5 teaspoon water and again grind it for 2 minutes until a smooth paste is formed
  4. To make the tadka: Heat a pan put oil when it heats add cumin seeds mustard seed. When the crackle sound stops add curry leaves, red chilli and salt turn off the flame in seconds and spread the tadka over the paste.
  5. Chutney is ready to eat
My Tip: Don't remove peanut skin. Its delicious.
