Kerala Style Maggi Noodles

Ingredients to make Kerala Style Maggi Noodles

  • Maggi - 1 No
  • Onion - 1 Small chopped
  • Ginger - 1 small piece chopped
  • Green chilly - 2 Nos slitted
  • Curry leaves - 1 Sprig
  • Tomato - 1 Small one chopped
  • Potato - A small one chopped
  • Carrot - A small one chopped
  • French beans - 4 nos chopped
  • Coconut Oil - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt - a Pinch

How to make Kerala Style Maggi Noodles

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions, ginger, green chili and curry leaves till onions become translucent.
  2. Add tomato and saute till it becomes soft.
  3. Add potato, carrot and french beans and saute for 5 minutes
  4. Add 2 1/2 cups or enough hot water and boil. Cover the pan till vegetables are perfectly cooked.
  5. Add the noodle cake and cook in open pan till done.
  6. Add masala powder and combine well and switch off the flame.
  7. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Adding a beaten egg or some boiled shredded chicken will give extra punch.
