Maggi noodle muffins

Ingredients to make Maggi noodle muffins

  • Maggi noodles - 1 packet
  • Boneless chicken - 100 gm
  • ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • cornflour - 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • Red food color (optional) - 1 pinch
  • chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped bell peppers - 4 tbsp
  • Chopped onion - 1
  • Boiled sweet corns - 2 tbsp
  • Grated cheese - 3 tbsp
  • pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • oil

How to make Maggi noodle muffins

  1. Marinate the pieces of boneless chicken with ginger garlic paste, one egg, cornflour, half the pepper powder, red chilly powder, salt, red food color, and coriander leaves for 30 minutes.
  2. Deep fry the chicken pieces in hot oil and keep aside.
  3. Boil the maggi noodles and strain them.
  4. Now mix the bell peppers, corns ,onion , pepper powder, oregano and cheese together and keep aside. Also add the maggi noodles masala into this.
  5. Mix the cooked maggi noodles with one egg.
  6. Line the muffin tray with muffin liners.
  7. Put a dollop of maggi noodles + egg mix into each liner.
  8. Now put the bell peppers cheese mix on each of them and top it with fried chicken pieces.
  9. Bake them for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius.
  10. Serve.
