Ingredients to make Maggnut

  • Maggi noodles 3 packets
  • Egg 1
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Coca powder 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 3 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • Oil 500ml
  • Icing sugar 1/4 cup
  • sprinkles 1 tablespoon

How to make Maggnut

  1. Take 3 packets of Maggi noodles
  2. Boil the 1 cup of milk
  3. Add the coca powder
  4. Give it a mix and then add the sugar
  5. Once the mixture is boiled, add the Maggi noodles packets
  6. Cook the Maggi noodles until the liquid is absorbed
  7. Transfer the cooked Maggi to a bowl and allow it to cool down completely
  8. Once the Maggi has cooled, add an egg and mix it well
  9. Add vanilla extract for flavor
  10. Now take a baking tray and grease it with cooking oil
  11. Transfer the Maggi to the baking tray and tap it equally on all the side
  12. Refrigerate the tray for an hour
  13. After an hour, remove the Maggi noodles gently from the tray
  14. Using the cookie cutter (I used larger and smaller round shape cutter two get the Donut shape) cut the Maggi noodles
  15. Now deep fry the Maggi donuts one by one
  16. Once it is crisps up on both the sides, remove it from the oil
  17. Add the icing sugar with 2 tablespoons of water and mix it well
  18. Gently pour the icing on top of our Maggi Donut
  19. Add the sprinkles for decoration
  20. Now our Maggnut is ready to serve
