Broccoli Maggi

Ingredients to make Broccoli Maggi

  • 1 packet Maggi Veg Aata noodles
  • Broccoli florets 1 cup
  • Red Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  • Oregano ( herb ) 2 pinches
  • Water 1 and 1/2 cups
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Garlic pods 4 nos finely chopped

How to make Broccoli Maggi

  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a vessel and fry chopped garlic.
  2. Add Broccoli florets and saute for 30 seconds.
  3. Add 1 and 1/2 cup water.
  4. When water starts to boil, add Maggi noodles with Maggi masala.
  5. Add chilli flakes and oregano.
  6. Cook till done. Serve hot.
My Tip: Maggi veg aata noodle packet contains peas and chopped carrots. So This recipe has become more nutritious.
