Maggi pav bhaji

Ingredients to make Maggi pav bhaji

  • cumin seeds
  • oil
  • 1/2tsp each of haldi, kashmiri mirch pd
  • 1tsp dhaniya pd
  • 1/2tsp garam masala
  • 2tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • salt taste
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1tomato
  • 1capsicum
  • Chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2cup corn niblets
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • Grated cheese

How to make Maggi pav bhaji

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add some cumin seeds. When they start to splutter add finely chopped onion saute for sometime then add ginger garlic paste fry till the raw smell goes then add Capsicum, mushroom and corn niblets to it.
  2. fry these vegetables for 3-4 minutes and add finely chopped tomatoes. Add everest pav bhaji masala all the dry masalas and some salt to taste
  3. saute for 30 seconds and add whole pack of maggie masala to it
  4. add 2 cups of water and allow it to boil. When water starts boiling break the noodles into two parts and let them cook. Stir well while cooking and your tasty pav Bhaji maggie is ready to eat
  5. Garnish with grated cheese and serve with masala aloo and masala buns
