Sabudane ki Kheer

Ingredients to make Sabudane ki Kheer

  • sabudana 1/2 cup
  • milk 1 liter
  • sugar 1 tbsp or to taste
  • saffron 2 to 4 thread
  • chopped almonds 1 tbsp
  • chopped walnuts 1 tbsp
  • melon seeds 1 tbsp

How to make Sabudane ki Kheer

  1. Wash and soak the sabudana for 1 hour.
  2. Boil the milk and turn the flame on sim/low, add sabudana and cook till the consistency become thickened.
  3. Soak the saffron in 1 tbsp milk. Dry roast the melon seeds on a pan.
  4. Add chopped nuts and saffron and cook for 5 minutes more.
  5. Garnish with melon seeds, serve chilled.

My Tip:

You can add sugar free powder or honey instead of sugar.
