Stirfried Schezwan Exotic Veggies

Ingredients to make Stirfried Schezwan Exotic Veggies

  • Zucchini 1cup
  • Baby corn 1cup
  • Broccoli 1/2 cup
  • French beans 1 and 1/2 cup
  • carrots 1cup
  • paneer 1/2cup
  • onion 1/2cup
  • garlic 2to3 cloves
  • Schezwan chutney 2tbsp
  • olive oil 1tbsp
  • pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • cornflour 2tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Stirfried Schezwan Exotic Veggies

  1. Cut the the veggies in small size sticks as u can see in the pic
  2. Tear the broccoli florets
  3. Dice the onion and just smash the garlic a bit
  4. Cut French beans into half
  5. Par boil all the veggies accept onion garlic n zucchini
  6. In a pan take olive oil add garlic and saute for few seconds
  7. Add onion and saute for a minute
  8. Now add schezwan sauce and saute for a minute
  9. Now add panneer and stir it softly so it doesn't crummble
  10. Now add all the veggies, pepper, salt and cook for 1 min
  11. Now add half a glass of water
  12. Now dilute the cornflour in little water and add it. Cook till your veggies are coated with the creamy sauce and add salt to taste
  13. Serve it hot

My Tip:

Choice and quantity of the veggies can be changed as per liking.
