Maggi Chicken Shorba

Ingredients to make Maggi Chicken Shorba

  • 5-6 pieces chicken (thigh, leg and lollipop portions)
  • 1 chicken Maggi pack
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala with star anise
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup fine chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup capsicum
  • 1 /2 greens of spring onion
  • 1 bulb spring onion cut in thin slices

How to make Maggi Chicken Shorba

  1. Pressure cook chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste and salt pepper
  2. Add more water to use for soup later
  3. Add some greens chopped with a little oil.
  4. Strain out the chicken stock, keep aside.
  5. Now boil Maggi, keep aside as done.
  6. Chop veggies and keep aside.
  7. Boil corn separately for 5 minutes.
  8. Now take a pot add chicken stock and put the Chicken Maggi taste-maker.
  9. Stir well and add the veggies.
  10. To this after 3-4 minutes add the Maggi and chicken pieces.
  11. Sprinkle garam masala.
  12. Stir lightly, let it cook for a while. Now remove the lid and serve while its still hot and enjoy the Mughlai taste.
My Tip: Make fresh. Season with care. Maggi tastes great with soupy veggies.
