Maggi Noodles Pakoda

Ingredients to make Maggi Noodles Pakoda

  • Maggi Noodles - 2 packets
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Capsicum - 1 piece
  • Oil - for frying
  • Cabbage - 100 grams
  • Soya sauce - 2 teaspoon
  • Chili sauce - 2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt as per taste
  • gram flour - 1 cup
  • Corn flour - 1/2 cup

How to make Maggi Noodles Pakoda

  1. Boil water for 2 packets of Maggi noodles. Add Maggi noodles and masala that comes with the pack.
  2. When Maggi noodles get ready, keep it aside. Chop onion, cabbage, carrot and capsicum.
  3. In a bowl add all chopped vegetables and Maggi noodles and mix it well. Add Besan and corn flour.
  4. Add chili sauce, soya sauce and salt. Mix it well and add chili powder if you want it more spicy.
  5. Batter is now ready for preparing the Pakoda. Heat oil in the pan and take one spoon of prepared batter.
  6. Slightly flatten with hand and drop in the hot oil. Fry till it becomes golden brown and crispy Maggi Noodles Pakodas are ready.
