Tandoori chicken

Ingredients to make Tandoori chicken

  • chicken 1 kg
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • lemon 1
  • turmeric pwd 1/2 tsp
  • Garm masala pwd 1 tsp
  • curd 1 cup
  • Tandoori masala 1 tsp
  • Food colour 1 pinch
  • red chilli pwd 1 tsp
  • coriander pwd 1 tsp
  • Oil for greasing/butter 1tbsp

How to make Tandoori chicken

  1. Cut and wash chicken into pieces and drain all the water
  2. Marinate chicken with all the spices and curd for 1 hour
  3. Apply the oil with the help of brush and Grill the chicken from all sides till it gets cooked inside
  4. Serve with green chutney

My Tip:

You can add saffron also if you want to avoid artificial food colour, that will give a nice colour to the chicken.
