Panini Maggi Shahi Tukda

Ingredients to make Panini Maggi Shahi Tukda

  • Panini loaf 1
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 tsp ( melted)
  • Maggi 1/2 packet
  • For Rabdi
  • Milk 500 ml
  • Sugar 2 tbsp ( to taste)
  • Cardemom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Blanched and chopped Almonds and Cashew to garnish 1 tsp
  • Strawberry chopped fine

How to make Panini Maggi Shahi Tukda

  1. Heat milk and let it boil till half.
  2. Add sugar and boil for some more time.
  3. As you get desired consistency, remove from gas and allow to cool.
  4. Cook half pack maggi, let it cool and add in a little warm Rabdi. Add Cardamom powder.
  5. Let the Maggi soak in the Rabdi.
  6. Till the Rabdi cools, cut the loaf in half and than in four. You will have 8 pieces.
  7. Heat a nonstick griddle and keep bread pieces for roasting on a small flame.
  8. Mix Sugar in the milk.
  9. After the bread is half roasted, pour just half tsp sugar mixed milk with a spoon over it.
  10. Also spread little ghee on both sides. Let it roast on a very slow flame.
  11. Remove when crisp. Take out in a serving plate.
  12. Spread a big spoonful of Maggi Rabdi over it. Spread some dry fruits.
  13. You can add dry fruits in Rabdi too.
  14. Garnish with chopped Strawberries and serve.
  15. For small kids to make bread softer, deep bread first in milk with sugar and than roast in ghee.
My Tip: . You can deep fry bread in ghee and soak in Syrup. I have used this method so less ghee and sugar is required.
