Ingredients to make Maggi crackers

  • Maggie noodles 3/4 packet of a single serving
  • whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Taste maker 2
  • sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Butter 25g
  • Curd 2 tablespoon

How to make Maggi crackers

  1. Grind Maggi noodles in a blender. It will not be very fine.
  2. Mix the Maggi noodle flour and wheat flour
  3. Mix butter and sugar, to that add the taste maker and mix.
  4. Add the flour to this and rub the butter well to the flour till it resembles bread crumb like texture.
  5. Add curd and form a soft dough.
  6. Cling wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
  7. Roll it thin, cut with cookie cutter, prick with a fork.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
My Tip: Roll thin for crispy crackers. Add curd as per requirement. Baking time and temperature as per your oven
