Yummylicious treat for everyone. It's the magic of maggi noodles. which along with mutton mince as a main attraction doubles up the whole excitement . It is simply irresistible. Can be had for breakfast or packed in for the tiffin/ snack box. It can be whipped up at any time of the day or as on a lazy Sunday morning extravaganza. These are the most awesome sandwiches that look not only gorgeous but tastes equally amazing. A permanent feature at our family re unions. This rollicking idea of mine actually rocks. My family's favourite mid day meal bonanza most of the times as our lunch becomes exotic with maggi.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maggi noodles 1 pack
  2. Mince mutton 120 gm
  3. chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. Garlic mince 1 tbsp
  5. Garam masala 1 tsp
  6. Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  7. Green onions half a bunch
  8. Coriander leaves chopped finely 2 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. oil 2 tbsp
  11. Butter as required for toasting the bread.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the maggi and keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile heat the oil in a pan. Saute the green onions for a minute.
  3. Add the mince and all the spices.
  4. Cover and cook on low flame.
  5. Adjust the salt accordingly.
  6. Garnish with coriander.
  7. FOR ASSEMBLING::::
  8. Lightly toast the bread in butter and spread a tablespoon of maggi at first.
  9. After that, top it up with the mince mutton mix.
  10. Similarly make all the sandwiches in this way and if desired sprinkle some dried parsley on top.
  11. Serve immediately.
